In November 2023, our inaugural event took place at the Asilomar Conference Grounds in Monterey Bay. Themed 'Spiritual Capitalism,' this year's gathering brought together more than 200 participants and showcased over 30 presentations.
We’ll set the context of the Summit with hearing unique experiences on how profit and influence can be drivers for the collective good. We’ll hear from four leaders and sit down with billionaire, philanthropist and entrepreneur, Steve Sarowitz.

Probing the fault lines of institutional collapse and materialism, we explore how transformations of our business ecosystems can take shape. What would an investment strategy look like that acknowledges racial and social bias? How can we reassess the definition of influence and success? How could these shifts contribute to a more inclusive and equitable landscape?

In a world questioning the merits of capitalism, this panel delves into the role of spirituality in business. Can spiritual principles coexist with capitalist ambitions, or is a complete economic overhaul required? If so, what could that look like?

In this final session, we'll look at the ethical landscapes of economic life. Can businesses operationalize honesty, integrity, and service? Can technology and data aid the pursuit of equity? Can success be measured as participation in shared prosperity?
